Getting Credit for EA Charging

I have most of my initial offer of free EA charging available. I charged at an EA station twice last week but only had the option to do so from their app and pay for it. Any ideas on how to get EA to recognize my free charging time remaining?

You’ll need to activate the session from the FordPass app or use Plug and Charge.

Have you enabled Plug and Charge in the FordPass app? You may also need to have a credit card number on file in your Ford.com account so if you exceed the free kilowatts your card is charged for the extra amount.

Winsome and easy. They will credit you with some information they will ask. I disabled the Blue Oval charging portion and DL the EA I pay the $7/mo for the discount and usually two charges it pays for it’s self.
