I dropped my MME off Tuesday to get the glass roof recall done. The service advisor mentioned there were some updates that needed to be done as well. I know one was the PAAK update. I don't remember the others. Anyway, the car spent a couple days at a local body shop for the roof recall work and went back to the dealership yesterday. Today I have received 3 messages that a Master Reset had deactivated FordPass Connect. The messages came at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and now 3:30. I'm wondering if all these messages are due to one reset, or if they've actually had to do three master resets. This is the first time taking the car to the dealer for a software update, so I'm not sure if a master reset is a normal thing or if it's an indication that things aren't going well.

This isn't making me feel any better. When I got the original reset email at 12:30, it read the reset triggered a 14 day hold on the Blue Oval Charge Network connected service. At 4:10 I receive an email that read it has been 14 days since the master reset request and my connected services were now cancelled. WTH?
