Technically, the 3 years of BlueCruise was priced into the sale price of the car. That's just how they were offering it in early '23.
Actually 1 year was built in, but Ford kept extending blue cruise. I would have owed 28k to buy out the lease. I got a new Maverick Hybrid for the same on a 3 year lease. My 5 motorcycles like having a truck for hauling and picking up parts. I will likely get a used Leaf for my electric vehicle.
I bought a Maverick Ecoboost to give me a nonelectric alternative after I got my 2021 GTPE. I used it a few times to go on vacation on the gulf coast which had almost no charging info structure in the early days. I kept it for almost 3 years and sold it with 5000 miles for a couple of thousand dollars less than I paid for it. I am still totally happy with my GTPE and will probably keep it another 2 years. I am thinking of buying the new midsize electric truck if it comes out the way I hope. Then I can decide what to do with the GTPE white the option of going ether electric or gas.

Mine is a '23 Premium, and came with 3 years of BlueCruise from the beginning. Ford also extended my subscription, but for only one year, making it 4, total. I won't get to use that 4th year, though, because I'm in the same lease situation you were. But I plan to stay with Mach E and upgrade to a GT (no motorcycles).
Check your residual value vs Carvana since prices on used Mach-Es went up.
