Tom, if you haven't done so already, I've actually had my best luck selling cars on craigslist. My usual order of listings would be forums, facebook marketplace, craigslist and then if it doesn't sell, autotrader, cars.com, kbb instant cash offer and/or place an ad, and lastly quotes from carmax, carvana, driveway, vroom, etc.

In my experience, selling on a forum has never worked...people just don't go there and sign up to try and find a used car.

I hate to make you miss out on a great deal, but I don't think OP should have to sell for 38k. That's crazy low...my recent trade in offers have been low 40s here...so mid 40s seems like the better pricing to sell at.

A couple of years ago I sold my 2009 911 by putting an ad in the classified section of the Porsche Club website, so I figured putting it on the Mach E forum for sale section would be a good move. I already have a trade number and offers from some of the cash offer sites. My next step is to put it on the various social media sites.

I sold both mine on PCA. Both times had a guy fly out and drive it back.
So, shopping for a buyer on different sites? Raising the posted priced each time?
