Well I didn’t learn my first time around… I had a 2021 GTPE and just traded it for a 2024 GT. My 2021 was a pile of junk but I still loved it. It had so many issues. Suspension was replaced 3 times and still creaked. Thought my 2024 would be different. Nope, same junk. It’s currently really cold here in ND. My front suspension is so cranky yet again. Is this just “normal” for these dumb things? This is so not right. Backing into my driveway it just creaks like no other in the front end. I do not get it. Anyone else have this issue?

The GTPE suspension is way too stiff, but I've never heard mine creak. I hear the Rally suspension is great, really bitter I didn't get one of those.

23GT: I hear some creaking when it is super cold, talking under 20F. Kinda annoying but I usually just turn up the music

Neither my ‘21 nor my ‘24 creak. My 2021 clunked and creaked after I installed the sway bars but once I lubed them properly that went away. I will be installing bars in the 2024 soon and don’t expect any more noise. ?‍♂?

Personally, I think the car is too soft nd imprecise. Maybe it’s because I have daily driven a Trans-Am race car with license plates that can embarrass the MME at anything other in acceleration. ??

Like Steve above, neither my '21 nor my '24 GT's had/have suspension noises. I did hear a very slight creaking noise up front in the '21 when I was in temps in the mid 20's but I also had similar noises in my other vehicles when I was in sub freezing temperatures and figured it is normal.

Just to be safe maybe have an Rheumatologist check out the suspension. Could be the beginning of something?
Safe travels!

Are you sure it is not the tires in the cold weather? The Pirelli GTPE tires "hop" when doing tight corners in the cold weather. My friend has an Ionic 5 N with the same tires and it does the same thing.

There is a pop in the rear of my car under hard acceleration every time. I don’t know if that is what you are referring to or not.

I have a 2024 Mach E GT, I went in for a similar clunking sound and they are currently recommending replacing my struts, axles, and half shafts all under warranty. I made sure to take the service advisor and the senior tech on a "test drive" to demonstrate the issue for them. The issue for me was specifically worse when the car was cold or had just been started. I can update you once the work is complete, however that likely will not be until after the holidays. In my case, the issue got worse after I had to have my brakes fixed after a complete brake failure. The car only has 1800 miles on it, 600+ of which the dealer(s) have put on the car trying to fix it. I hope the dealer is able to diagnosis an issue for you, the dealer I am at has seen the issue multiple times according to my service advisor.

24 GT here with 170 miles. I notice a thump under the drivers side floor going over bumps. It’s as if something is not secured properly. But no clunking noises

Now that it's cold here I've also noticed a creaking sound coming from the front when turning the wheel the speed doesn't matter it can be at a stand still or moving. I thought it might just be the cold but maybe its not?

What was the outcome on this one? I'm having similar issues with the front suspension, already had the defective struts replaced once.
