Hand wash every two weeks. I have not seen the battery drain at all afterwards. What errors are you seeing on the screen that inform you of something wrong??

"Turning systems off to save battery" on the sync screen.

I've noticed after three hand washes. I have the car unlocked of course. The sensors on the front emit a muffled beep as to save battery I think. After a wash.

It all goes to normal after a plug in session.

You should take a picture of that and have a dealer check the vehicle out for your concern.

Also when washing the car, do not leave the key in your pocket, if possible. Either leave it in the vehicle or somewhere nearby where you're not constantly walking around or to/from the vehicle with it. This way the vehicle can nap/sleep more while you're washing it.

OK, I think you're talking about the chimes switching to the instrument cluster speaker. That means your 12V battery is critically low. The car goes into load shed mode to save power when the 12V battery is low.

Leave your key fob or phone inside the house when you wash the car so you're not walking around and waking up the car with it repeatedly. If the lights are coming on repeatedly, you may also want to disable welcome lighting.

The beeping is much more frequent at a bikini car-wash!
