The question was towards Ford as it's a cookie cutter reply they use to look like they have a socali media presence. But they can't do anything about 90% of the things they ask for vin's for.
Also Premium's have the stiffest springs, or at least the worst ride.

Well, I’m going to disagree with this last statement. When I first considered a Mach-E I test-drove two 2021 models (a Select and a Premium). The pogo-porpoising effect was so pronounced on both that I returned both cars quickly and scratched the Mach-E off my list. About four months later I decided to consider leasing an EV and then to give the Mach-e one last chance since it would be a 2024. My perception was that the 2024 Premium 4X was MUCH better than the 2021s, and so I assumed that Ford had improved something. But maybe the two older cars (28k and 45k miles) simply had prematurely worn shocks and no suspension changes had been made at all? In any event, I leased a new 2024 Premium and love it, and IMHO it does ride noticeably better than those two older cars.

The ride is harsh especially for rear seat passengers. I don't care what other members say the suspension is punishing. The MME is not a Touring sedan it is a CUV with a sport tuned suspension.

It's quite possible that the '24 has something better (if I;m not mistaken slightly different springs, but nothing that's obvious in parts diagrams other than numbers changing, and those change 3 times a year for fun I think. Tire pressure is a huge factor in how this car behaves. Sidewall thickness, trad depth, ambient temp all seem to create a perfect storm of multiple personalities. My car 'acts' different on every drive sadly. Right now my tires are up to 41psi and I feel everything. Tomorrow morning they'll be 35 and ride great, for 30 minutes, then come Hyde. Maybe around lunch Jekkel shows up. One thing that's hindering this car with the very varied tire pressure is the utter lack of air space in the rim. My RX450's 235/45 20 holds huge amounts more air because of the wheel design. That in turn helps keep the pressure around 4psi difference fro cold to hot. My MME will go from 32 to 40+ (like today) because my garage was 65 this morning but 100 now, plus blacktop heat.

I've tossed around the idea of buying new front struts but keep holding out in hopes that ANYONE would make a replacement other than ford. (The rear shocks could be compressed and played with by my 12 yr old daughter, the lack of dampening was staggering). If I remember right my front struts were the same without a spring on them.

While you would not want to replace the Mag-ride shocks, you can absolutely replace the springs and sway bars. I have a GTPE and did this almost two year ago. I have over 20K miles on aftermarket springs and sway bars. I've also personally installed the Eibach GT springs and sway bars on other GTPE MME's with Mag-ride shocks. Just because Eibach and other manufacturers list that they are not for that model, does not mean they won't work. Iy usually means they never tried it on that model. I will echo that here by adding that rear seat passengers (Tesla owners) in my car were somewhat disappointed. My wife and I have no complaints being in the front seats however, and she even proclaimed that she liked the Mach-E’s ride quality much better than the 2017 Infiniti QX50 it replaced.

Your suspicions are right on the money. EV Tires are terribly uncomfortable. It seems like MotorTrend and the others car websites are afraid to be Politically Incorrect. Or maybe they are afraid to tick off their sponsors. But the truth is EV tires are just bad in every category except range.

However it takes bumps and dips like it has square tires.

I think tires can make a huge difference. The tires that came on my GTPE 23.5 was a brutal ride even with the magnaride. It was completely different when I installed Conti DWS06 plus tires. Haven’t bothered to switch the own tires back in the summer.
