Hilariously Wrong Charging Stats

My Ford pass app has been giving WILDLY wrong charging starts. Wrong charge duration, wrong current estimate.. etc. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hmm... Weird. Unplugged the car, looked at the charge log and it was still wrong. % charged is right, but nothing else. It was plugged in at 1pm and charged for just over an hour

Just curious, are you guys using Android or iOS? That charging status screen in the first post disappeared from my iOS FordPass about a month ago and still hasn’t returned.

We're both on Android.

I get to this screen from FordPass > Vehicle > Manage EV > Battery Charge Logs.

I use iOS and have the charging screen. It pops up when the car is plugged in.

I’m having a somewhat similar issue… I have my car plugged in and it’s telling me two totally different charging states…

Mine has always had odd charging stats on that page. Most of the time it just shows N/A. about 15% of the time it has a pretty accurate reading, But most of the time its wildly off like yours.
