How Does One connect to Ford Chat?

Is there a link? I see the pages under support that say contact us. There are a bunch of twitter links and phone numbers but I Don't do twitter. Is there some other route?

I see the below without any other obvious way to start a chat session.

I dont have the start chatting button oddly enough even when logged in. I guess I will try a different browser.

EDIT: My Chrome did not work but edge did. Go figure. Thanks!

Edge doesn't work for me unless I put it into Private mode. Who knows

Yes, just to confirm more than a year later, the Chat Button did not show when using Firefox or Chrome, but Microsoft Edge worked fine (not in private mode).

Often it's your cookie setting, or an ad blocker.
