How get notification when charging is completed?

Hello, I get noticed my car has full charged from fordpass app until last week but I didn't get notice anymore.
My phone has fordpass notification is on but I have no idea what makes this change.
Anyone knew how to turn back on?

Push notifications from FordPass stopped working for me a while ago. Not sure if it was from a FordPass update, but nothing I've tried has gotten notifications to come back.

As long as you've added your car to Fordpass, I would expect it to show the charge state of your car. Are you close to your car (as in sitting within a few dozen feet of it) when you check Fordpass?

Yeah my car is garage when charging it and my room is about 15 feet away.

I think it happened after FordPass updated but I don't know what makes this happen.

Now that you mention it I have not either. I just checked on my notifications in my phone and they are all on. In Ford Pass App under Account>>Settings>>Preferences>>Notifications>>Charging Notifications>>Charge Status>>manage individual notifications ALL On

IDK, force quit the app and reboot your phone, and reboot SYNC in the car. Log into www.Ford.com/connectedservices on a computer and make sure you still have access and things look correct.

3.6.1 is the “PowerUp” version in your car, not FordPass (the app).

I guess you're lucky. I'm on the same version of FordPass with iOS 16.1 and push notifications for FordPass haven't worked for me for the past couple of FordPass versions. I even replaced my phone during that time, and they still don't work.

Note…I still have an old iPhone 7-Plus, so iOS version is 15.x.

Maybe something changed with the way notifications work in iOS 16 that Ford hasn't adapted yet.

Control over how notifications can be presented was majorly overhauled in 16. Good summary here.

Maybe something in there has compatibility issues with Ford??
