Same reply as most of the others -- in 7500 miles so far have only public charged a handful of times, still using EA as primary with the Ford credit still showing a decent balance.

There have been a couple times that the EA chargers were sufficiently filled or broken and were adjacent to a Tesla station and I thought "Boy it would be nice to use those." Well now I can head over there, but I do admit to anxiety of being "That Guy" hogging two stalls for the MME.

I think it will be a nice backup option to EA for now.

Agree about the Green River EA challenge. But the Tesla Superchargers in Green River are only V2 and not open to us. Green River is really a roll-the-dice (but absolutely required) stop when crossing nothern Utah. It is possible if travelling from Grand Junction to SLC on to bypass Green River and charge in Price UT instead. Slower (62 kW) charging, but free last time I drove that way. Will be doing that again in about 2 weeks driving from Denver to SLC.
We drive that stretch of I-70 in Utah every 6-8 weeks. Usually continuing on I-70 to Salina and on to Vegas, but sometimes peeling off north to SLC. We've used those free Price chargers a few times.

The Green River EA is such wildcard, because there's no other options anywhere close (yet). I always check the latest Plugshare check-ins the day before. If it looks iffy, instead of charging in Grand Junction like normal, we stop at those 2 CPs in Fruita and do a 99% charge while eating a long lunch downtown. Shaves another 8 miles or so off the ~200 mile drive to Salina. We had to do that once and made it with 8% left, but I slowed down from 80 to ~73.

There's supposed to be another UDOT DCFC station going in at Thompson Springs before the end of the year. We pulled off and looked two weeks ago. Did see some active digging happening behind the Exxon station, but not sure if that's what it was for. Might have been.

I only DCFC 8-10 times a year.

In the 16-20 DCFC sessions over the past two years I have experienced a few hiccups but nothing that prevented me from charging.

I like the idea of having the adapter for flexibility but I am not sure how often it will actually be used.

When I first got the car I bought a level 2 adapter so I could charge at Tesla destination chargers. I have used that adapter twice. Both times at the same hotel in Charleston SC. The hotel I am staying at in May has both Tesla Destination and J1772 plugs so I might get a chance to use the level 2 adapter.

I have a trip in early May that will be my first opportunity to use the NACS adapter. My wife is against using the adapter once I explained having to take up two spots. She doesn't want the potential conflict. For this trip we will be staying in the middle of nowhere Tennessee that oddly has a couple ChargePoint DCFC stations but no Tesla Supercharger stations but there will be our choice of DCFC brands along the route.
If you make it up to North Charleston you can swing over to the outlet mall and get a free 30 minutes of DCFC from Volta. If you need more, across the street are Tesla chargers at mellow mushroom.
