How to Complete Purchase Online?

My MME was delivered 2 days ago according to Palsapp. Yesterday, my dealer confirmed it was ready for pickup.

I am planning on getting it Tuesday, but I wanted to use the online process to complete the purchase. The Ford order page shows that the car is still in transit. Why can't I complete the purchase online yet? Is there something I can do, or is there some sort of holdup with Ford or the dealer?

Because some dealers opted out of it and some states don't allow on line sales. California does ...so..

In Missouri, car delivered yesterday. Online still shows in transit as well. was planning on completing purchase online but will be at the dealer today to work with finance on my 36 month Ford Options plan . At least I have already worked all of the numbers and shared my spreadsheet with him. Will see how it goes today. Love sitting in the Finance Managers office at any car dealership.

Site updated today and let me start the "complete purchase" process. I selected "Sign at Dealer" probably should have tried to complete everything on line. signing etc. Got to the dealer today. And even after months of reminding them to get Ford Options set up. They couldnt figure out how to do it. I was their first. They called Ford Credit and the person they spoke to could not help either. I drove away and they are still trying to get it figured out. ?
