The windows, frunk release, and liftgate release in the FordPass app are all operated via Bluetooth. Being in range would indicate that there is a BT communications issue. Try force-quitting all apps, powering the phone off and back on, then re-opening the FP app. If that doesn't clear it up you might need to reestablish your link between the app and the car by deleting the car from the app and then adding it back in. ??
