How to replace the peeling chrome window switch tips.

Here is my quick guide on how to replace your chrome window switch tips.

When the chrome wears off from the window switch tips it can feel rough on the finger and could even cause a cut!

It's often thought the entire switch must be swapped and door panels must be removed, not true! You can get a 7 pack of little tips for around $10 or less from your dealers parts department.

Part number: LB5Z-14A268-AB 7X

To remove your old warn clips just pinch with your fingernails and pull, they should pop off with a little force.

Now although I gave him my model, the clips appear to be different, I'm not sure if it's different between years so your mileage may vary. (Mines 2022) I simply looked at the differences and attacked the new one with a file and eventually after hitting it from all angles they finally pressed in.

The final result is awesome and I still have 5 spares for the future.
