Yeah, same boat. Palsapp stopped updating anything for me at the same point. I had to go to my dealer for Vehicle Visibility Reports from here. Once its on Voltz, palsapp is pretty useless for us on this side of the Mississippi

Thanks for that piece of info. Pulling VVR from my dealer is near impossible. They sent me one originally back in June, and nothing since, always just reiterating my delivery window from the Ford app of 10/30-11/5. I know the VVR probably shows a rail car, a location, SOMETHING.

I do not like using Chrome, but I do have Edge installed. To get the same info, one could also go to the page and then:
F12 for developer tools
Input VIN into the search bar and search
When the results return, single click on the Network heading in the dev tools
Next single click on Fetch/XHR which is below where you clicked on Network
Under Name, find your VIN and single click
A frame will open to the right with a few columns, make sure Response is highlighted. If not, click that heading once.
Click into Line 1 and then select all (CTRL+A), copy (CTRL+C), and then paste into a text program such as Notepad (CTRL+V)
Parse the information to make it more human readable and put times into the epoch calculator already posted.

I figured out you can do something like this in Chrome too without any add ons too. Go to View --> Developer --> Developer tools. Click the Network tab. Click Fetch/XHR. And then put your VIN in and search. Then click your VIN in the developer tools dialogue box. Keep drilling down that menu until eventually you'll find your info. Note: I'm still waiting for my car to make delivery so I'm still getting null on most all of this. But I'm assuming it should work similarly to Valkyrja's explanation once things get in motion.
