How to transfer reservation?

Maybe this had been addressed, sorry if so, but does anyone know the process to transfer a reservation after it has been accepted by a dealer? Ordered in May, accepted by dealer in May, scheduled for production in October, but now I'd like to move the reservation to a dealer in another state. I've read here that I can change dealers - does anyone know how to do this?

Not sure if you can if it's already scheduled for production. Either way, you'll have to call Ford.
