That depends on the dealer. I've heard of some that don't even like to deal with finding noises/rattles as they have too many "more important" things to fix and others really try to help you out. Sure doesn't hurt to ask them. I try to fix my own noise issues but most times you cannot do it on your own. If it was a noise that happens while you drive, you need someone else driving your car while you are in the back seat if the noise is coming from the rear. Sit in one seat and have the other folded down then do the same with the opposite seat. Remove the lower cargo floor cover, drive around and see if the noise is coming from under there. Since yours only happens with particular songs, it might be easier to find since you don't need to be driving and can play the song then try to investigate. You should be able to localize where the noise is coming from and if you don't feel comfortable ripping the car apart, at least if you bring it to the dealer you can tell them were it is originating from.Do you think I should pursue further with the dealer or go my own avenue ? Not every record/song rattles/buzzes, but I can potentially find a record that does the rattle and get it back to them again.
