Issues after update or triggered alarm?

UPDATE I just came back from Ford, they checked the battery and this is not the problem! They gave me an appointment two weeks from now to do diagnosis (€ 160/hour)… ?

UPDATE 2

Today morning I took the car to the Ford dealer and after a €160 diagnostic the result was a faulty door module (driver’s side). They said these faulty door modules are not uncommon. Does anyone have similar experience with this? Changing the module will cost € 500, most of which is labor because it seems they have to disassemble the entire door.
