Issues Charging L2 at Home

I don't know if any of you have had this issue. My car all of a sudden will charge about 10% and then stop. Sometimes I'll get the message "Scheduled Charge did not begin". I deleted the charging location even though I set it up to charge when plugged in, but it still occurs. My phone will show plugged in but not charging. Any ideas? Do you guys think I need to see the dealer. I have a Premium 4X with 3.5.4 installed. I've had the car over a year and a half and it's first time I have this many issues charging. Thanks in advance

Are you using the ford mobile charger or a third party? Any error indicator lights on the charger?

What's your setup? I'd check your EVSE connections. Cutting out after it heats up could be a sign of a loose/faulty connection.

So i am using juicebox pro 48, its hardwired. So i double checked, and charging location/settings were still on my phone, even though i deletedon the car. After deleting the one on my phone it charged to 100% no issue. Im going to re add the settings directly on the car and see what happens. There might have been a some kind of conflict between the two.

No, light was green. It really seemed like the car was stopping the charging. Maybe an issue with the Fordpass app.

Can you lower the output current of the Juicebox (as you can with the DIP switches in the GRIZZL-E, for example)? If it stays charging for longer at lower current, that points to a wiring problem.

I have noticed over the past week(s) that FordPass is having server issues. That would explain your issue where the app didn't recognize the car's new settings, and somehow that messed up charging.

it might be the reason. i removed the charging location and i re added it on the car and will see what happens. ill avoid adding it on the app for now.

You never want to do BOTH. If you modify settings in the car, the app is supposed to pick them up, and vice versa. Many people bang away at the app in frustration, vs simply updating the settings in the car.

What happened was i modified on the phone and then i got all these issues. It was my mistake for not sticking to my original method of always making changes only in the car. I'll see tonight if it is really the cause.
