Is there any reason the charger that came with my RAV4 Prime wouldn't be able to charge the Mach-E?

I've only had my Mach-E for a couple of days now, and I've successfully charged it at home with the included Ford charger using one outlet on my porch. I then tried charging using the RAV4 Prime charger, which is plugged into a different outlet in my garage. The box on the Toyota charger kept clicking and a light on it was flashing on and off (not sure what the light means). The Ford Pass app indicated that the Mach-E was plugged in but not charging.

Does anyone know if the Toyota charger could trip and not work if it's not plugged into the right car (I don't know, but maybe because the power draw is different)? I haven't rule out an issue with the outlet--I'd like to try the Toyota charger on the porch outlet to see if that works charging the Ford--but I know the outlet in the garage is functional because it still charges the RAV4.

Is the Toyota EVSE Level 1?
That outlet may have a ground problem that is discoverable by the Mach-E but not the Toyota.

There shouldn't be any other reason that I can think of that would cause it not to function with other vehicles.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, the Toyota EVSE is level 1. I'll try the Toyota EVSE on another outlet to see if that works.

We have been using our Chevy Volt level 1 charger on our Mach E without issue. We don’t drive it long distances during the week and the level 1 charger is enough to top it off. We have actually been using the Ford charger with the Volt more than the Mach E.
