... it's been magical for me! I feel sorry for those who had to go through horror stories and experiences but so far my experience with Ford's PowerUp v.2.4.1 and FordPass app v. 4.11 (iOS) was marvelous and most pleasantly surprised.

It started w/CSP 21P22; once it was performed the OTA for SYNC4 came in at same night... and all crazy warnings that I used to get at start up miraculously vanished. The most dreadful one was the one that read: "Low voltage battery - Replace soon !!!; coincidentally, the FordPass was also updated to v.4.11. However, initially my message tab was stuck w/ 1 ...2 ...then 4 messages regardless how many times I had deleted them. What I did was to reset the PAAK at SYNC4 (have to do it more than once); deleted and reloaded the FordPass on my iOS device, power down once then re-booted (various iPhone models got different re-boot procedures and this is not same as power down); do all this while the FOB key is placed on center console; wireless connected to both Mach-E & iPhone (phone preferably fully charged); Mach-E is in good GPS coverage area (check your satellite reception in NAV); make sure your iPhone sees the blueBooth signal from Mach-E ... then voilá !!! FordPass is now very stable, no more phamton message counts, the blueTooth stays connected, ...the Mach-E now greets me with a blink of her parking lights ... in the night the Pony logo is now ever present! ....PAAK has not dropped out yet .... Now I am patiently and eagerly awaiting for the v.2.5.2 .... the much touted blueCruise !!!

So you got 2.4.1 over the air? Tiles game and Alexa included?

Looking forward to this… ?

I wonder how much of you getting 2.4.1 was coincidental versus linked to the CSP 21P22. What caused you to go in for the CSP?

Yes, I got the Tiles game ... don't know about Alexa. This is a bit convoluted, but I am gonna to explain the best I can.... I got Power Up v.2.3 way back in October of '21 but my pre-collision crapped out, and they performed a TSB 21-2245 to restore it. Then I realized the SYNC4 reverted back to v.2.1 and this dealer also told me that they couldn't do Safety 21S42 (windshield) and Compliance 21C22 (sunroof) recalls till 2022 because foam (Part #LJ8Z-19B822-AA) was back ordered. Now in 2022 I head again to the dealership, and it was the same story (will not mention this dealer's name !!!) but they did perform 21C22 instead ... then I started to get the dreaded "Low Battery - Service Soon" warnings almost every day... but somehow the magical OTA happens ... I see v.2.4.1 on my SYNC4 screen ... and another magic ...my FordPass (for iOS) gets updated to 4.11.0 ... all the phantom message counts goes back to zero after deleting and the dreaded "Low Voltage Battery - Service Soon" warnings also vanishes ...

In the meantime I go to another dealer, Sun State Ford of Orlando and they do both 21S42 and 21C22 ... and they give me a loaner car (non-Ford) for two days ...!!! I am now tickled pink !!! ...what a difference in dealership, I wish Ford would be more mindful in the quality of services offered by their dealerships.

PS(1): The 21S42 was done by a third party glass company.
PS(2): Read somewhere that 21C22 among other improvements is to configure modules to enhance the acceptance the OTA's.

As far as I knew.. 2.4.1 was still in the early access ring. Are you in EA? Or are you the first of the "general public" to get it?

I have no idea ... but I am active in the MidFlorida chapter of MCA and I have chatted with Ford representatives. Participated in various parades, Mustang shows, etc ... and published two short articles about Mach-E experiences as EV in my local MCA chapter e-newsletter.

Ford Mustang Mach-E ... it's magical !!! eMstn

I’m going in for the CSP on Monday, still hesitant to get the glass recalls done!!
If it is done by a collision center then it should be OK. Mine is currently being done as I write this reply. From what I understand this is a common procedure whenever they do collision work. The particular dealer that I am working with claims that the third party glass company they work with, has done more than 10 Mach-E's including new unsold stock.

I may end up going there to get ours done? Do you know if they broke any windshields during this process?
I picked up my Mach-E from SunState Ford's Body Shop after two days ... NO DRAMA ... NO CRACKED GLASS ... and NO DIRTY SMUDGES ON THE HEADLINER !!! ... and included in this ordeal is a loaner (non-Ford) for two days. The folks at the Body Shop (manager Marc and Todd) were very well versed in this and they indeed did a superb job. I was able to monitor the location of the car from my home in Windermere, but had to correlate the site buildings with Google Maps and when I saw it moved what appeared to be a side building (it was their car wash), at that moment the girl from SunState called me and told me it was ready, it was this afternoon around 2PM. I had left there yesterday at 8AM. Ford will mail all the documentation related to this Safety/Compliance recalls. I did get "Low Battery - Service Soon" and LVB Drain Due to Aftermarket Accessory" ... once back in the car and driving back home, cleared the messages and no new ones popped again. The cabin is definitely much quieter ... absence of wind and road noise.

Congrats on having a positive recall experience! Have you noticed any side effects related to the CSP? I have an appointment for Monday morning to get that part done.

The CSP 21P22 did resolve a lots of irritating issues I was experiencing, i.e. "LVB Low-Service Soon", PAAK is very stable now, so is BlueTooth, courtesy lights activates every time I approach the vehicle, and if car is locked the illuminated pony lights up to greet me in the dark ... need to charge at a EA's dcFast charger to see if indeed charging speed has increased from 80% to 90% SOC. The re-glazing of sunroof did quiet down the cabin ... wind noise substantially reduced. DIdn't see any difference in the windshield glass ... never noticed any misalignment to start with. Once I cleared my last "LVB low - Service Soon" warning it has yet to come back. Overall I am very satisfied with 21P22 ... isn't it why it is called "Customer Satisfaction Program !!!"...

The only difference I have noticed so far is that the GPS location is a little bit off. Fordpass displays my neighbors address when I park in our garage! However, the Widget tool displays the correct address. Haven’t tried fast charging yet but I will make a point to do that on my next trip up to Orlando.
