... it's been magical for me! I feel sorry for those who had to go through horror stories and experiences but so far my experience with Ford's PowerUp v.2.4.1 and FordPass app v. 4.11 (iOS) was marvelous and most pleasantly surprised.
It started w/CSP 21P22; once it was performed the OTA for SYNC4 came in at same night... and all crazy warnings that I used to get at start up miraculously vanished. The most dreadful one was the one that read: "Low voltage battery - Replace soon !!!; coincidentally, the FordPass was also updated to v.4.11. However, initially my message tab was stuck w/ 1 ...2 ...then 4 messages regardless how many times I had deleted them. What I did was to reset the PAAK at SYNC4 (have to do it more than once); deleted and reloaded the FordPass on my iOS device, power down once then re-booted (various iPhone models got different re-boot procedures and this is not same as power down); do all this while the FOB key is placed on center console; wireless connected to both Mach-E & iPhone (phone preferably fully charged); Mach-E is in good GPS coverage area (check your satellite reception in NAV); make sure your iPhone sees the blueBooth signal from Mach-E ... then voilá !!! FordPass is now very stable, no more phamton message counts, the blueTooth stays connected, ...the Mach-E now greets me with a blink of her parking lights ... in the night the Pony logo is now ever present! ....PAAK has not dropped out yet .... Now I am patiently and eagerly awaiting for the v.2.5.2 .... the much touted blueCruise !!!
