Journeys got wiped out

I got a notice in Fordpass about a change to how Journeys' work. Apparently they took out the manual choice, but mine was set to auto, and not off. Since that all my Journey history and monthly summary got cleared out.

My Journeys worked great for me in March, vanished in April/May timeframe.

I use android auto so can't even see them.

I just read the same message and can’t figure out the instructions (such as they are).

My monthly summary did magically start showing up again, at least that loss was temporary. I turned journeys off , then back on again. I will see what happens.

Mine has gone back to completely not working again. I get the notification that a new journey has been saved, but when I go to it, it's empty. I'm just going to stop trying, it's ultimately not that useful. It's just the nagging feeling of something that used to work not working anymore that's annoying.
