Navigation memory / settings wiped out

I had lots of addresses/locations saved in Navigation inc Home, favourites etc. Switched on the other day and pressed Favourites - nothing there - everything wiped out! No other indications or faults shown. Any ideas? One off gremlin or likely to reoccur? The only recent action I had undertaken was to set up my own profile but don't know if this was the cause.

Do a soft reset of Sync (right track and down volume) and they should return. Happens from time to time for me too.

Thank you - tried that just now but all my Favourites have definitely gone so I will just have to reinstall them. Still love my MME though.

My guess would be profiles as you mentioned. Since they were stored under no one, creating a profile gave you a new blank slate, so possibly deleted whatever was previously stored. Just a guess.

Reckon you are correct as
Favourites were there before I created my profile and not there after. Oh well we live and learn but I still love my MME?

Is there any way to transfer saved destinations from one profile to another? My wife got in the car this morning and tried to set a destination but could not find any saved destinations associated with her profile. I turned off the car and got my key and turned the car on. Since it recognized my key it set the profile to me and viola the saved destination was there.
