Just in the last week I am unable to charge at home with Juice Box 40. After about 25 minutes the Ford Pass says Charge Paused and the Light on the JB changes to flashing yellow. I have it set on FP to charge when plugged in, no time set.

Help. This is IMPORTANT to get resolved, my Wife is in the Hospital after suffering a Stroke and I need this car.

This is from @Mach-Lee from another thread

Mine was acting up again. Turned ignition off and plugged in. It's before my scheduled charge time so it shouldn't charge yet. EVSE clicks into J1772 State C, but then it didn't drop down to State B after 5 seconds like normal. Instead it stayed in State C (power on) without drawing power, which is abnormal. Charge port ring was solid blue. This state continued until the car noticed my phone nearby and activated the welcome lighting, then it snapped out of it and finally went back to State B.

This typifies the pattern of getting "stuck" without drawing power, but then when the car is disturbed or woken up by something, it snaps out of it and returns to normal. So if charging stops, try to do something to wake up the car like opening a door, refreshing FordPass status, or sending a remote lock command. Or follow the advice in the recent SSM and unplug the car and try again.

I tried as you suggested the JB immediately starts flashing yellow, won't go to charge.

Open JB app and see what it says.

Lights mean - Vehicle plugged in, not charging

(Note: EV not ready to charge or charging suspended (ToU)

Can you find a public L2 to try? That should give a clue as to car vs EVSE. If nothing else, your dealer should have one that you could use as a test.

Thanks to everyone for their comments. I just got home and put the Mach on charge, so far doing well.

Thanks for your kind comments to my wife, it is 1 day at time right now. She may go to Rehab on Monday, we have to see how the weekend progresses.

Hopefully things will continue to improve with you wife and happy you were able to get the juice needed to see her.

I am on my 3rd juicebox as I had issues with the first 2
