Key Fob Not Unlocking Driver's Door

This is a known issue and requires a software update. If it is a Job 1 car, i.e. first half of 2021, get 21P22 done.

Do a hard reset by disconnecting the 12 volt battery for a minute or so.

How do you do this? Step by step for dummies please? thanks!

Mine was produced first half of 2021. But I got the PaaK update at the dealership before and it started doing this.

It will not unlock by clicking the circle on the driver's door until I click the unlock on the keyfob. It does unlock on the other doors.
