Hi all

First off I did not purchase my car in this region was done in Skagit County and saves several hundred in sales tax, still paid RTA.

I live in South Snomish County and not a fan of the local dealership when it came to sales. I’ve had to call their service department to only be told to call parts. Never a big fan of the Lynnwood dealership.

not that I need a service soon but I want to establish one so when I need to I’ve built a relationship.
I have owned 15 years of Cadillac and had a wonderful relationship with the entire dealership (Shoreline). They were personable and attentive. Can anyone recommend such a dealership?

I am in Mill Creek willing to travel to north end of Seattle to Bellevue up to Marysville.

How is your dealership and what makes them special?

kind regards

Ford of Kirkland. I would say that we trust them the most. Talk to the sales manager and let them know that Joey and Terron friends of Hamid trust them for anything they can help you with.

Agree with Ford of Kirkland. I have had pretty good luck with them. Not always quick to answer the phone but they have managed to get through some pretty tough issues (with a lot of help from Ford) in the early days, when training was nil.

I did not buy from them, I bought from the dealer in Lake City - and will never go back there. They tried to rip me off on the sale, big time.

I purchase 4 fords from evergreen until the Mach where I realized I was just a number to them. Had purchased kids car from Kirkland but again when coming to the Mache they disappointed! The stupid ADM requirement! And then when I went to test drive a new bronco when they landed I was told that to respect future owner they didn’t want to put miles on the ones on the lot! I balked at that and said I was interested in the loaded one but wouldn’t purchase without getting time behind the wheel! The salesman brings me the keys to the cheapest one ! Mind you I pulled up in my FE Mach-E. Since this time I have only shopped and gotten support from Ford of Bellevue. I did purchase a used explorer from Snohomish but agree, nothing pulling me back to purchase from them again. If I had a large truck fleet order I bet I would get the proper service from them!

One reason I kept going back to Cadillac in Shoreline. First car and made me feel like I purchased a Rolls Royce. The.n 4 vehicles later I felt awful buying the Mustang Mach E but economics was winning me over. It has lots of the same luxuries as the CT5 believe it or not!

Have purchased 4 SUV’s and my 23 Mach e premium from Kendall Ford of Marysville and have been Very happy with both sales and service, there are two other Ford dealerships closer but don’t come close to the service I receive at Kendall

I've been pretty underwhelmed with Pierre/Harris in Lynnwood so far, but they've been just ok enough for me to not want to bother going somewhere further away. Maybe I'd limp to Kirkland for a HVBJB.

I use West Hills Forc in Bremerton. They are set up as EV specialists. They are also no second sticker dealer. The price you see on the window sticker + taxes and registration is the most you will pay. I actually got a discount in October on my GT. I have had a coupe of vehicles services with the group that owns WH and they all have the same policies. Service is very competent.

I live in Seattle but went with Price Ford in Port Angeles to save on sales taxes.

I was pleasantly surprised that the sales manager personally owned an MME so he could understand them better. He asked me all the right questions about home and road trip charging to make sure I knew what I was getting into.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone else has had experiences or recommendations. I’m in central seattle.
Seems like general consensus is Ford of Kirkland?

Are you buying a new MME or is this for Service? For a new one, just get it from whatever dealer is cheapest. Service is a different beast altogether.

Pierre Ford in Lake City came and picked up my car for the HVBJB, did the replacement, and dropped it back off at my house the next day. Easiest service appointment ever.

Pierre of Lynnwood will do the same. Ask for Stan in service!
