Problem is those are the Forum Shops chargers and are also managed by another 3rd party. They also placed them right next to the entrance so they get ICE parked at a lot.

They can't even seem to get parking validation to work dependably. We can never get our Diamond cards to work at the kiosks inside or at the gate. Kept getting extra cards printed but they never worked. Although they work fine in the machines. Frustrating getting stuck at the gate holding people up and having to buzz for help. Must happen a lot, as once we buzzed, they just opened the gate without even saying anything.

Wish they put the charge stations further away so that people who are not supposed to take up a spot won't be so tempted to park close to the building...

YES! A new (5 mo old EVgo station) just installed at a Super Target in Roseville, MN was located at the far side of a busy Target store and ir rarely gets ICE'd. Excellent job of locating by the company.
It's an excellent station which charges $0.30 per minute. I got a 57% charge to 80% and my cost per kwh was just under $0.22 per kwh which I thought was an excellent value.
