You should probably define what your mean by deal. In the current market, most people would consider paying MSRP a deal. Some would even consider a small markup above MSRP to be a deal for an in-stock MME.currently looking for a mach e, I’m in PA but willing to drive to Vermont down to South Carolina for the deal! Anyone know of any solid lease deals on the mid trim Mach e, not to picky! Going to cash out on my Volvo lease equity!
1) you don’t want a lease on the Mach E since you won’t get the tax credit.currently looking for a mach e, I’m in PA but willing to drive to Vermont down to South Carolina for the deal! 5) Finding a deal out of your market, for example $2,500 on Ford Options instead of $1,000, won't help you because all incentives are based on the location the vehicle gets registered. So the only reason to go out of your market is supply, and there probably isn't any.1) you don’t want a lease on the Mach E since you won’t get the tax credit.
2) you want Ford Options financing since you’ll pay like a lease but own the car for tax credit purposes. The last payment will be a balloon approx 45%.
3).do you have any equity in the Volvo? You can trade in a leased vehicle and let the dealer pay it off.
4) a deal is a premium trim Mach E that you can buy today, with or without ADM.
That’s my 2 cents.
The important thing is get the word “Lease” out of his thinking. No one should lease a car having a tax credit.5) Finding a deal out of your market, for example $2,500 on Ford Options instead of $1,000, won't help you because all incentives are based on the location the vehicle gets registered. Unless, which is not true for the Mach-E, the incentives provided in the lease exceed the incentives provided via other methods, INCLUDING the tax credit. For the Mach-E as you state leasing is a bad idea for almost everyone (businesses maybe not, depends). The important thing is get the word “Lease” out of his thinking. I should have added “unless it can be applied against the lease cost like a rebate”.Unless, which is not true for the Mach-E, the incentives provided in the lease exceed the incentives provided via other methods, INCLUDING the tax credit. We leased our 2018 Fusion Energi. Net, including tax credit, we ended up thousands ahead by leasing over buying, because Ford wanted people to turn in the vehicles at the end of the lease, and it was A/Z so focused on a geographical area (Michigan). Of course we didn't turn it in, we bought and resold, and our net out of pocket cost, over 3 years, was the equivalent of sales tax.
Ya exactly trying to find a dealer that will put the 7500 towards the lease payment. I have about 12k equity in my lease, but still don’t want to shell out a ton of money on a purchase, and I would loose some of the credit bc I purchased a jeep 4xe this year as well. Just wondering if anyone had any solid lease payments and what dealers they got them from!I should have added “unless it can be applied against the lease cost like a rebate”.
Ya I guess anything solid within the market right now, so I guess msrp? You should probably define what your mean by deal. In the current market, most people would consider paying MSRP a deal. Some would even consider a small markup above MSRP to be a deal for an in-stock MME.
Where at in Pa and what kind of MME? I bought mine at Ron Lewis Ford in Beaver Falls. I have a Select AWD and I got it at MSRP. They have another one there, but after I bought mine, they put a 2k ADM. I was an hour away in Pittsburgh, but I don’t think they thought people wanted them, at least over in that area. They sat for a while. I believe the build date was August, if I read it right and I bought it January 20th.Ya I guess anything solid within the market right now, so I guess msrp?
I think you misunderstood my addendum to my previous post. Anyway, enough said.Ya exactly trying to find a dealer that will put the 7500 towards the lease payment.
