Lease mileage? Windshield replacement OEM

Starting to look like we are enjoying this car - two questions for those with more experience:

Mileage: Having so much fun driving that we will incur more mileage than the annual estimate. If we purchase the vehicle before the lease is up would excess mileage be calculated the way it is if we turn the car in?

Windshield: Cracked by road debris - what are downsides to replacing with or without OEM? The windshield quotes are drastically different for non OEM replacement but also that one doesn't have the "Ford" designation on center top of windshield?

If you purchase the car out of the lease then there's no mileage/excessive wear/disposal fee charges at all.

Not sure if non-OEM glass as the IRR coating (infrared reflection - heat rejection) or the SoundScreen noise reduction.
