I’m turning in my 21 Select FE and am looking at leasing a 23GTPE they have on the lot. I can lease it for less than I’m currently paying for the 21. I was hoping some kind soul could run the VIN for me so I can see if it’s up to date. When I got the 21 it needed multiple updates and I had to bring it in. They kept it for over a week with no loaner available so I’m trying to avoid that this time. If someone is willing to run it please let me know. I can post it up here or send it privately, just let me know. Thanks for any help

Post over on the FDRS thread and someone will run the VIN. Depending on where you are, there may be someone with an FDRS rig near you who can help you run the updates yourself. ??

Got a 23 GT a few weeks ago. It was on the lot for many months. As soon as I got it, it updated for powerup 6.2 and 6.3 within a few days. Been stuck there since though. Which is annoying. I'm supposed to get my Tesla adapter in April but I don't even have the Tesla software update yet which was supposed to be a priority update.

I made the move from a Oct 2021 AWD ER Premium in Dark Grey Matter to a GTPE from Sept 2023 in Vapor Blue. Right after the price drops late Feb. Did Ford Options, doing a 39 mo lease - hoping for a current model year next time. The Premium has now been sold. I consider this a solid financial, technical and performance move. My wife doesn't like me driving it correctly - she tells me "it isn't a race car!"

I had the FDRS checkers run my module report on Feb 26 and below is what they brought up - the dealership had a few days until I got back in town to receive the GT. None of the updates were required enough for them to get paid to do updates and they didn't have a tech available as well. See how it compares to yours. I will ask for another run for comparison. Good luck. Get the daily automatic updates set up.

Before it was sold the Premium got the Tesla update and the GT got it a few days later. There were a few Power Up updates. The last update was 23-PU11213-UNX-DC

The adapter - I set up the GT the morning of the announcement here - 19K or so, my nephew did his 2022 later the same day and was 35K. Last Wednesday I went ahead and requested the adapter for my Premium since I knew the person who was going to be buying it and wanted them to get in line. 65K!
