Curious, what is your take on this, should one connect with their direct reports on LinkedIn? In my case, the employee connected with me. ?

Since LinkedIn is a network specifically designed for professional connections, I feel like that's appropriate and normal. If it was Facebook or Instagram, that would be very different.

I always connected with all business contacts including direct reports on LinkedIn.
