locked and not charging

Hi All,

Today strange thing happened came home from work and wanted to get some grocery went near to car its totally dead. unable to open door via key fob or using code or ford pass. when opening ford pass says battery 51% or 113 miles, but not able to open doors or charge. checked the last software update was in july. Any one had the same issue or need guidence.

Tomorrow morning i am thinking of towing the car to dealer.

What year is your Mach-E? This sounds like a dead 12V battery, not a low HV battery. There are some jumper cables inside of the front bumper that can be used to pop the frunk lid open so that the frunk panels can be removed for charging or jumping the 12V battery. Have you tried those? Once you get enough charge into the 12V, the doors should open and you should be able to start the car. ??

There is a flap on the passenger side. You can’t miss it.
