Did you hit deny today too when you got that final removed access notification?Well either Thomas realized he was trying to access the wrong car or someone locked him out.

The word get out? We needed to create two accounts for one car. If you would have multi users inside the fordpass account and the vehicle tied to only one account instead of multi accounts having access would that control things a bit better? Have an admin section in the account where you can control all current accesses? Good thing you did not randomly click accept and here is to hoping your message means resolved.
