This is also my observation. I've had my vehicle since November and I've had 3 dings painless dent repaired at a cost of ~$100 per ding. I've 100% stopped parking next to other cars unless it's a parallel park

I didn't ensure my soap canister was locked to my pressure washer quick connect valve, and the canister launched right into my driver's door near the top. Fortunately, this was just the plastic canister part that hit and not the brass valve which would have made a greater dent.

Was so painful, because I watched it happen and it was completely my own fault.

I will say that after some PDR and a detailer polishing and reapplying some ceramic to the area, you cannot tell it happened.

Has anyone else noticed how easily the doors on the Mach E will dent? I’ve already had 6 dents repaired. 2 of them were my fault, barely touched the curved part of the door panel with my wife’s car door and - instant dent. The other dent happened when I was charging my car and the wind blew my door into a metal post that protects the Electrify America charge station. This dent was very large, luckily I have paintless dent removal scheduled. 2 of the other 4 dents were done by my wife and 2 were done in parking lots. I’ve never owned a car that dents so easily.

It’s not unique to the MME. Our Raptor got a dent in the door from a wind gust as well. Paintless Dent Repair FTW.

sadly the hood isn't much better. I kid you not, I have a dent from an acorn... yes it was dropped from a tree like 50 feet up, and it was windy as heck. I'm hoping it's a paintless dent removal.

The hood is made of aluminum, which dents much easier.
