It's paying 10% dividend and analysts say they are in a good cash position and should be able to make it. Lots of good buys out there right now. Average in, don't buy all at once. Buy consumer staples, just in case it takes some time for a recovery.

Brought shares at 4.80
Trading at $4.29 at the moment. Doesn't look like it's found the bottom yet. The factor shutdown announcement is probably a double-hit for it today (in addition to the whole market drag).

I'll get a few bucks into a casual trading account and try to buy some F this week. If Ford doesn't go bankrupt from this, it could be a steal.

Ford has suspended the dividend and retracted guidance. It has hit the fan.

Nobody knows what's going to happen. Int'l travel is basically forbidden after today's State Department warning. The economy throughout the world is basically grinding to a halt. This is bad.

Congrats! I'm jealous. I bought my 15 shares at $4.47 last week and feel like a goober for paying so much. Oh well.
Haha, you got a great deal honestly. I'm in F for 7.55/share and it's worth double that imo!

Let’s hope the market agrees with your opinion soon.
It won't be soon, it will take Ford posting a very good quarter, likely Q2-Q4 and get their guidence back before it'll jump.

Just know you're in F for half their book value. You pretty much bought them at a 50% discount. I'm in them for just slighly below book value as of 2019. 2019 BV was $8.13/share. Will be interesting to see how this pandemic effects their book value for 2020. They have a bright future I think with their EV commitment and electrifying their F150. Few actually like the design of the cybertruck. Ford has a strong balance sheet.

My 5 year guidance on F is them going back to $12-$18 a share if the execute on their product line without issue. F stock has priced in all their issues and crisis, so unless something major happens in this country that's a pretty safe investment IMO. Plus, when the dividend starts back you may never want to sell their stock. Your basis is so low your returns would be excellent from a dividend and profit standpoint. That will be the time I believe to capture some gains (I.E sell half your shares for profit) and diversify into different stocks if you feel necessary. The automotive industry is very cyclical in nature and the perfect time to buy in is when things get tough.

This is all coming from a Tesla Model 3 Owner who can't make himself buy Tesla stock. lol. Tesla is valued over 13x book value. My entry point for TSLA is around $180/share or less. You have to be able to sleep at night!

You still got an amazing deal. Are you mad you got a 47% discount instead of 50%? lol
