Up another 9% today on news that Lightning production will be doubled for 2022!

A lot of this has to do with the economy in general. Ford can sell rainbows and unicorns with every electric vehicle, but if interest rates bring the economy down, it's going to bring Ford down and with it F down too.

A lot of this has to do with the economy in general. Ford can sell rainbows and unicorns with every electric vehicle, but if interest rates bring the economy down, it's going to bring Ford down and with it F down too.
"Relative to the market" is a good way to look at it. Buy now and take advantage of the economy created dip. I suspect once the debt limit deal is reached (I can't imagine they'll actually allow it to default) the stock market will get a pretty good bounce.

Imo the market knows there's no default, it's all theater. Access to credit and the cost of credit is key going forward.
