Yeah, it really seems possible, but it is just impossible to get a tool onto the necessary tabs with the bumper in place.based on the parts diagram, I thought it would be possible. Thanks
Yes you absolutely can do this without taking off the entire front bumper. My son and I were able to this in about 4 hours (that includes cleanup). The black lower shutter grill assembly was purchased through Parts Geek (2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E Radiator Shutter Assembly) sku 601-563. There were a lot of clips, and we had the car up on a ramp but Ford was going to charge $$$$ to do this work. The part was $367 and our labor.I wanted to know if anyone has replaced the lower grille without taking off the entire front bumper.

Greetings, I don't know the answer ....but I have a "toothless" MME as a rock took out one of the louvres. When you do get it repaired I'd be interested in the middle drivers side louvre if it's salvageable. I'm hoping to just bend a replacement back into the old one's location. Thanks much. Excellent, would I be able to replace a middle louvre from the outside just by bending it in place? Where can I fond just one louvre, do you have a source?Yes I have lost a couple of the louvers too, in fact when we took the grill assembly apart one of the louvers was stuck at the bottom. My son 3D printed 10 of these for me to use, plus I got a ton from the replacement part.
Hi Sorry, I just saw this post. I have several and can just give you a few since my son can 3d print more. Not sure how to get it to you though.
