I have been looking into switching out some parts of my Mach-E after an auto accident. It got me thinking about who actually makes some parts and if it would be cheaper buying from the supplier vs. Ford. Now I am curious how many parts of the vehicle are actually outsourced.

Does anyone know who supplies these parts for Ford?

The vast majority of parts on a modern car are outsourced to suppliers. Auto manufacturers just put them all together.

But they may or may not be “public” with that information and if they are, they may or may not produce the part for the aftermarket without the Ford logo.
