What were your thoughts on the Hyundai?

This morning when I dropped off my Mach e gt for Service this morning, we were talking about how simple mistake, hitting something and damaging the battery, the cost, and what not. And service manager he used to work for Mercedes and he was specifically electric vehicles. He said somebody brought in, I forget which model it was, but it was an all electric Mercedes and it was just hit on the side, not real hard, but hit around the charging port area. He said it was like you couldn’t even hardly see the damage much. The cost was like $80,000 which is more than what the car cost, he just thought that is just so ridiculous.

What were your thoughts on the Hyundai?

The EV6 was a little more sporty than the Ioniq5 from a handling perspective. I have a feeling that was because they have the same PremiumContact 6 tires that they put on the MME GT and unlike the basic tires they have on the Ionq5. I like the handling of the MME better, a simple mix of buttons and large screen on the MME and the Blue Cruise capabilities of the MME better. The suspension was more forgiving on the Ioniq5 and the EV6. The MME GT (which is too much power, cost and reduced battery life) has a more forgiving suspension with the active shocks.
