Met the Ford team today + charging tips from Donna Dickson (Mach-E Chief Engineer)

This sounds like great advice and I'd like to put it into practice myself. The questions I have are, how do I know when I've reached 90%? Can I set the can to automatically stop charging when it reaches that level?

I just discovered this thread and so forgive me if this question has already been asked somewhere in the 11 or so pages of this thread.

You can set it to stop charging when it reaches that level. But there is no universal limit ... it is set on a location-by-location basis.

In FordPass navigate to:

Vehicle -> Charging -> Charge Settings -> Preferred Charge Times

At the top of this page you'll see two categories: "Saved Locations" and "Previous Locations"

If you charge location is already set as a "Saved Location" then tap on the address. This exposes a panel that shows both the charge times but also the "MAX CHARGE LEVEL"

If your charge location doesn't show up as a "Saved Location" then tap on "Previous Locations", find the address, set a MAX CHARGE LEVEL and then tap "Save" (at which point it will now show up on the 'Saved Locations' list.)

What's this about people not having a frunk button? I have one, am I not supposed to? I keep seeing people wanting one so I'm confused. Is it okay for me to feel special or am I misunderstanding?
