Just curious if anyone else has seen this program or has tried it.
Best I can tell you have to commit to only charging from 11pm to 6am on weekdays and they give you $10 a month in rebates.
I think the rates adjust from the normal on/off peak rates to an on/off/super off rate.
The various rate programs from consumers are... Confusing to say the least.
I think there was a previous ev specific program but that one was limited to only certain "smart" chargers. This one only requested a picture of my charging schedule.
