I am currently experiencing the failure of the mirrors to lock when I walk away as well as through the use of the key fob. The trouble, I believe, began two days ago, even before today's 1 a.m. update. I had to manually push the mirrors inwards, both yesterday and today. At the end of the work day the mirrors did not unfold as it usually does when I approach the car or through the pressing of the key fob. I had to use the button inside the car to unfold the mirrors.

All of the shared experinces save so much time. Thank you.:D

My welcome lights are also not displaying. I noticed it two days ago, the same time as my mirror auto fold issue. If anyone know how to fix that, I would love to read the solution as I enjoy them.

yeah yeah we all have the mirror issue now lol but how about this one. For some reason after the latest update I am now getting a “blocked sensor” warning. That will not stop! In a 5 min drive it will flash and warn me no less than 2-3 times. Have no idea how to get rid of it. I thought maybe there actually was something blocking the exterior of the sensor so I took it to the car wash but that did nothing because well there is nothing there! I’m sure the fix is to take it to the dealer and now that I’m out of warranty I do not want to take it to the dealer and pay them to fix a phantom issue. Any help would be welcomed.

Front driver side at least that is where it is showing when the screen pops up
There have been reports in the past of ultrasonic parking sensors going bad. This has nothing to do with the update IMO, just coincidence.

Yes, not only did it turn off auto-fold, but I had passed over the confirm update screen and gone on an errand. And my mirrors did not unfold for that trip. It was only upon returning to my car and seeing the update screen that I went into the menus and found the issue. I'm really enjoying beta testing every update Ford sends. Not.

I'll tell you what I'm reading. Boomer rhfrtz went on an entire trip without realizing their side mirrors were retracted. C'mon man.....driving 101 is check your mirrors before departing.

The Pony lights are 'welcome lights'. It's another setting buried elsewhere.
Correct, but they only go on when the mirror is in the folded position. I always push the lock button so never noticed if the auto fold stopped working.

Now that I reactivated the auto fold setting, the welcome lights have returned....that makes sense. Smh.

I had the same problem with the mirrors folded . A quick phone call to Andrew, the service advisor at Cocoa Ford gave me a quick answer. Here is a service advisor that owns a Mach-E. : )
