Side mirrors not Unfolding?

If your mirrors are stuttering when opening, then it's a motor issue. Mine were doing that, and occasionally wouldn't unfold, until I pressed the button. I thought it was a quirk, but I mentioned it to the dealer when I had my HVBJB replaced. Turns out it was a problem with the motor in the mirror. Total cost was $2900 to replace both motor. Glad it was covered under warranty.

Mine have both done the stuttering from new. My dealer has had the car so often for recalls and warranty stuff I would have thought they'd have noticed this. Oh well, something else to contact them about...

New update (6.3) and the problem came back... I guess this is just a thing now that I have to go reset with every update?

Aaaaaaannnnd Yesterday my mirrors didn't unfold for the first time ever. No updates downloading but I did have the AT&T bars show p on the top strip of the screen, also for the first time ever.
