UPDATE...ISSUE RESOLVED!!!
Turns out the Control Pilot pin on my car was bent, and the A2Z adapter was unable to connect to the bent pin. The odd thing is that my home charger was able to connect, as was a local ChargePoint station. I guess all J1772 connectors are NOT the same. So, here's my advice to anyone with an A2Z adapter..."Be sure to inspect your car inlet prior to inserting the adapter!"
Attached are photos of the A2Z adapter and the Ford connector. It's easy to see why one worked and the other didn't.
Special thanks to Mach-Lee for his insight, as well as to A2Zev for all the time they spent helping me sort this out. You guys rock!

I can't get my car to initiate a charge at a Supercharger. Here's what I know.
1-It's not the adapter. I'm using an A2Z adapter, which I received yesterday and couldn't get it to work. I called tech support and he couldn't figure it out so he overnighted me a new one. The new adapter arrived today and it didn't work either, so the CEO of A2Z Facetimed me and he couldn't figure it out either. Fortunately, a Rivian pulled into the space where my previous attempt had failed (I had moved to a different space) and he successfully initiated a charge using MY adapter. So, I know the adapter works.
2-It's not the Supercharger. I tried 8 different stations at 3 different locations and none of them worked.
3-It's not my CCS charge port. Following multiple failed attempts, I visited a ChargePoint station and had no problem charging there.
4-MISC - Plug & Charge shows active for EA and Tesla in my Ford Pass app. Tesla locations show up in my car under Charge Assist, I received the 24-PO0119-DC-CHG4 OTA update on 3/3/24. The Ford Pass app shows I'm plugged in but not charging. When I plug in, nothing happens. No lights, no sound of the port locking, nothing. I tried using Plug & Charge, I tried to initiate from my phone, from the car, and from the Tesla app. Nothing.
A2Z suggests I take in to Ford (he said he's never seen this before), but I'm out of warranty, and I'm leaving on a 10 road trip on Sunday, so I'm not taking any chances on my dealer, at least not until I get back.
I'm hoping someone might have a solution for me in the next few days. If not, I'm going to have to replan most of my charging on my upcoming trip.
