I saw that video as well. What I was able to gather was that the $25 subscription allows you to schedule one appointment every 24 hours. Each visit will allow you 50 minutes of charging time, up to a SOC of 80%.
If you have the $50/mo premium subscription, then it's up to 100 minutes of charge time.
I recall hearing/reading level 3 fast charging, and seeing 50kwh, but I may very well be mistaken.
I'm guessing they are at least somewhat reputable in that they have a lot of influencers in they spot...
Scheduled to get my MachE in 2-3 wks, and I live in a zip code that they serve. I may try it out for a month at that time. I figure as long as I'm getting enough charge to cover my daily commute (20 miles RT), it would be cheaper than paying for PG&E.
