I saw that video as well. What I was able to gather was that the $25 subscription allows you to schedule one appointment every 24 hours. Each visit will allow you 50 minutes of charging time, up to a SOC of 80%.
If you have the $50/mo premium subscription, then it's up to 100 minutes of charge time.

I recall hearing/reading level 3 fast charging, and seeing 50kwh, but I may very well be mistaken.

I'm guessing they are at least somewhat reputable in that they have a lot of influencers in they spot...

Scheduled to get my MachE in 2-3 wks, and I live in a zip code that they serve. I may try it out for a month at that time. I figure as long as I'm getting enough charge to cover my daily commute (20 miles RT), it would be cheaper than paying for PG&E.

AAA and many other roadside service providers will bring you gas if you run out. ;)
AAA did test roadside emergency charging in Phoenix and a couple of other places a few years ago. It failed because they got almost no calls for that. Having said that, this may be of value to apartment/condo dwellers. For those of us with a decent size battery and ability to install a home charger, home charger is still a way to go. Also those who can charge at work.
