Modem failure?

New problem tonight. 2023 GTPE with 5k miles.
Landed at the airport from a 2 day business trip. Attempted to remote start the car but it would not respond. Walked up to car and it unlocked and started fine with PAAK. Drove home. Plugged in. A few mins later I checked the app and it didn’t show it was charging. And the location still showed it parked at the airport. Walked back down to garage and it’s indeed charging. And started again fine. But the app is not updating to show it is, or the correct location or mileage. It’s like the app froze 2 days ago. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Same problem. Plus now it’s telling me I need to reset up PAAK. Also just noticed the car doesn’t appear to be connecting to my WiFi at home.

Bad modem? Any at home troubleshooting?
I thought maybe it was a sever issue, but we have 2 Mach-e’s and only one is having this issue.

Have you tried pulling the fuse or the 12v?

Mine just started doing this as well, also a 23. I pulled the fuse, but it didn't fix it. I will try disconnecting the battery when I get home.
