Hi has anyone in UK managed to get my journeys to show journeys on ford pass. My dear sis it could take a while for it to get info now 9 days and still it says "No new journeys" contacted the Chat on ford pass and "Arun" said I would have to plug the phone int the car to get this info but would have to "disable" apple car play
Could not find hoe to do this on the car one through all the "Drawers" nothing Back to Arun and he said they were not "Technical" and did not know how to do that on the car and to contact my dealer !!!
Still very impressed with car despite widely varying ranges after full charge lowest 268 best 306 . The app I find very clunky

Have you enabled Journey Recording in the Ford Pass app? If not, Ford Pass > Account > Settings > Journey Recording will get you to the options.

Yes I see mine. I have enabled it as the above post said.

Unfortunately that's the extent of my knowledge on the subject other than on our S-Max it can sometimes take a day or so for the acxtual journey to show,

Have tried everything deleted ford pass reloaded cleared cache reinstalled disabled apple car play on vehicle pone is connected and Ford pass visible on car screen

I'm having a similar issue - journey's get recorded sometimes and other times they don't. It does say it's a feature under test though, so they may still be working on it to get it to work 100% or as close to it! I agree the app is clunky!

Mine has gone back to completely not working again. I get the notification that a new journey has been saved, but when I go to it, it's empty. I'm just going to stop trying, it's ultimately not that useful. It's just the nagging feeling of something that used to work not working anymore that's annoying.

I gave up on using "journeys". Maybe it will be fixed, eventually.

Well mine quit Aug 21. As people stated it comes up Journey Added.
Nothing on I Phone recorded. So today I put the phone in wife's car
as she ran errands. After she came home I checked and found
it did start working again. It showed Aug 24 trips. I can't wait to see
if will work in Mach E tomorrow. Heavy storms here now staying home.
So send your turned on Phone on a trip in another car.
