This screen is probably from the OBDLink app.

For SOH you need to use another app Car Scanner ELM OBD2, and choose Connection profile: Mustang Mach-E during initial setup.

One of pre-loaded Dashboard screens in Car Scanner shows SOH and battery age in months.

95.5% SoH at 63,000 miles in 2 years after 20,000kWh of charge power taken onboard 25% of which is at rapid DC chargers and most charges at home to 100%!
